Best Vacuum Cleaner: Miele Polaris
Posted on July 4, 2010 by admin.
This Miele Polaris S4212 ($400) canister vacuum cleaner receives nothing but raves from owners. Everyone loves its incredibly light weight, which makes it extremely maneuverable. The Polaris works on hard floors or low carpet. Step on a button and the brushes retract to clean rugs or carpet. They may be expensive but Mieles easily last 10 years. My first Miele lasted 11, and I wouldn’t even have replaced it if I didn’t lust after this überlight Polaris so much.

The best peppermill does not hail from France, as you might suspect. No, it’s made right here in the fabulous U.S.A. Just like its tech counterparts, the nine-inch Magnum Plus ($45) comes in “pro black” and is the easiest and fastest high-capacity peppermill you can buy. Perfectly balanced, it grinds pepper almost effortlessly, something no self-respecting cook can do without.

Best BBQ Grill
Posted on July 23, 2008 by admin.
The Weber Genesis E-310 gas grill ($700) is the best BBQ on the market today. Sure, you can spend $15,000 on a Kalamazoo K900HS, but unless mom and dad are lining your wallet with gold, you simply can’t beat the Weber on a price-performance basis, plus it looks very cool. If you want a sideburner, opt for the Weber E-320 ($750).
